What if Jesus came today? Who would love and follow Him? Who would kill Him? At first the idea of this book made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure why - I was just unsure about what its purpose was. In his introduction, Bill Myers states that his purpose is to just make people think.
Thinking is good.

THE WAY, THE TRUTH, & THE LIFE. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER BUT BY ME. The ones who killed Him then were self-righteous, and believed "they" did not need saving, that they could be good enough without Him, turns out, we have those same people today, and those people would REJECT & KILL Him even today.
I know and agree. I wasn't really asking - those questions are on the cover of the book.
I highly recommend this book. I love the modern day "spin" on Jesus - His parables, the ones who attack Him. It's fabulous. It really makes you think. And thinking is good.
